Elijah Jimmerson is a partner at the Firm. His practice focuses on the preparation of title opinions covering fee, state, federal, and tribal lands, large‑scale due diligence projects, and other general title matters.

Over the past decade, Elijah has developed a strong reputation for managing complex title, maintaining consistent communication with clients, and delivering high‑quality work while meeting drill schedules and curative deadlines. His experience includes extensive work in the Delaware, Piceance, San Juan, and Denver‑Julesburg Basins, giving him broad insight into basin‑specific title challenges.

Elijah completed his J.D. at the University of Colorado Law School, where he earned certificates in Natural Resources Law and Tax Law.
